Talk on foreign prisoner policy

Mr John Townley, Deputy Head of Cross Border Transfer at the Foreign National Offender Policy Section of the Ministry of Justice, gave an informative talk on consular access to foreign prisoners, voluntary prisoner transfer agreements as well as government policy regarding automatic deportations of prisoners convicted of serious crimes.
