Reagan in Grosvenor Square

Former US President Ronald Reagan is being honoured with a bronze statue outside the US Embassy. Westminster City Council has waived the rule which only permits statues to be erected of people who have been dead for ten years so that it can be inaugurated by Baroness Thatcher, 83, and Nancy Reagan, 87, both of whom are in frail health.
