German Ambassador named Kosovo Envoy
LONDON - Ambassador Wolfgang Ischinger has been appointed as the EU's representative for the forthcoming negotiations over the future of Kosovo.
Ambassador Ischinger will work with representatives from the US and Russia to mediate between Serbia and the Kosovo-Albanians.
