EL SALVADOR EMERGENCY APPEAL

The Embassy of El Salvador wishes to advise the international community of the state of national emergency declared by President Mauricio Funes on 9 November following the the devastating effects of Hurricane Ida in the country.

The Embassy is making a humanitarian appeal and has opened a relief fund were charitable donations can be received and forwarded to citizens in desperate need of assistance. Donations can be made to:
