Corps news in brief – Embassy 26 – June 2010

Congestion charge hike

London’s diplomats are up in arms over the proposed increase in the Congestion Charge to £10 at the end of next year. In addition, the western extension has been scrapped, meaning missions in the Kensington area will no longer qualify for the 90 per cent discount and will have to pay the full £10 daily fare when travelling into Central London.
