Dean wins faith award

The Ambassador of Kuwait and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Khaled Al-Duwaisan, was recently awarded the Three Faiths Forum Gold Medallion in recognition of his support and commitment to furthering relations between Muslims, Christians and Jews.

The Foreign Office Minister for the Middle East, Alistair Burt, presented the Ambassador with the medal at a ceremony attended by diplomats, politicians and faith leaders.

Previous winners of the award include, among others, HM Queen Elizabeth II, the Duke of Edinburgh and Pope John Paul II.
