New WDS Committee

Uganda’s High Commissioner, HE Joan Rwabyomere, has been elected the new Chair of the Women in Diplomatic Service at the organisation’s recent AGM. She will be supported by four vice chairs: the High Commissioner for Gambia, Elizabeth Harding; the Ambassador of Macedonia, Marija Efremova; the High Commissioner for Grenada, Ruth Elizabeth Rouse, who coordinates membership; and Rosalie Rivett, who is also the organisation’s CEO.

Other office holders include Secretary Althea Banahene (Antigua & Barbuda), Deputy Secretary Linda Kalimba (Rwanda), Treasurer Baharak Moradi (IMO), Deputy Treasurer Janet Charles (Dominica), Events Coordinator Flossie Chidyaonga (Malawi), Deputy Events Coordinator Janice Panton (Montserrat).
