Guests to the Turkish Independence Day celebrations are given the red carpet treatment
Turkey paints the town red
The Residence of Turkish Ambassador Mehmet Alpogan was lit up in dramatic red to welcome guests to Turkey’s anniversary of independence. Ambassadors, peers and MPs were also given red carpet treatment with the best kofte, borek and dolma in town.
