Joining Nato’s club
Within the beautiful and historic surroundings of the Cavalry and Guards Club, diplomats and the defence attaché community joined together for a happy celebration to welcome Croatia and Albania as the newest members of NATO on the alliance’s 60th anniversary. In their speeches to the assembled guests both Ambassadors referred to the long road to NATO accession and thanked the member states for the support they had offered along the way.
