On sunny autumn day, Chile’s many friends from the world of diplomacy, business and politics gathered at Belgravia Residence of Ambassador and Mrs Rafael Moreno to toast Chile’s 99th anniversary of Independence with a glass of fine Chilean wine and, of course, platefuls of empanadas.
