YDL Black & White Ball
Nothing is ever black and white in diplomacy, but this year The Young Diplomats in London (YDL) decided to be different, hosting a Black & White Ball at the Foreign Press Assocation, sponsored by the Diplomatic Supply Service and the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps.
Over 250 elegant young diplomats from 50 missions attended, partying into to the small hours with music provided by DJ Sacha Barbot, who travelled all the way from Rome for the occasion. There was a silent auction with fabulous prizes, including trips to the Maldives and Malta and all proceeds will be donated to the WFP.
