In preparation for the ceremonial season, IDS and Savile Row suit makers Scabal held a joint reception in the elegant Scabal flagship store on the ‘street of a thousand needles’ where diplomats had the chance to browse the collection while sampling the new wines and champagnes in the IDS festive catalogue.
