Spirit of freedom
The Embassy of Venezuela invoked the spirit of the Bolivarian Revolution by hosting their 199th Anniversary of Independence in Bolivar Hall in Grafton Way, home to the historic Miranda House where the revolutionaries Fransisco De Miranda, Simon Bolivar and Andres Bello would meet to discuss the free world they would create. Guests enjoyed wonderful food, music and on departing, they were given a gift of gourmet Venezuelan chocolate.
