Foreign Office Minister Jeremy Browne MP joined diplomats and friends of Argentina to congratulate the Argentine Chargé d’Affaires Mr Osvaldo Marsico and his wife Daniela on their country’s independence. Guests toasted the occasion with a glass of fine Argentine Malbec and the tastiest empanadas and lorca this side of Buenos Aires.
