Andorra celebrates
It might be the smallest embassy in London but Andorra celebrated its Constitution Day at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in big style. Ambassador Maria Rosa Picart and her husband Reg are a hugely popular couple on the diplomatic circuit and it was a celebration diplomats and firm friends of this diplomatic duo would not miss.
