Diplomacy in 3D

“This is better than a pyjama party!” smiled Slovene Ambassador Iztok Jarc as he greeted his colleagues, all donning 3D glasses to view Mimicry, a 3D photographic fashion exhibition by Matjaz Tanc at Europe House. The event celebrated Preseren Day, Slovenia’s cultural holiday commemorating its national poet and the many people who have contributed to Slovene culture. Speaking on the eve of Slovenia’s 20th anniversary of Independence Ambassador Jarc said: “Culture has been the backbone of our identity and a tool of our survival.”
