EU steps up efforts in DRC
KINSHASA – UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband and French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner travelled to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) where they delivered tough messages to the Rwandan and Congolese leaders to adhere to the Nairobi and Goma declarations and refused to rule out sending troops to support UN peacekeepers. |
